COCHISE, Cochise County, Arizona - Cochise Hotel: Built in 1882, the Cochise Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel is fully operational, but they advertise by word-of-mouth only. Special thanks to Sally, who manages the Cochise Hotel, for this tour. - Sit a spell: The original entrance, but not the current entrance. - Guest rooms: The hotel has ten rooms, all with private baths. Some of the rooms are small two-room suites. The second bed is usually a small single. - Cochise Park: Located next to the Post Office. - Cochise Country Store: The store was rebuilt in 1913. The mural was painted in the 1950s and refreshed in the early 1980s. The Closed sign in the window never changes. The items in the store are someone's private collection.
